A new way I got it through which can create Att.net ids, so guys make your IDs as much as you want because we don't know when it going to be patched. Go here

Open the link first
Step 2
Once you open the above link you will find a box, put your URL and this below link
Step 3
Now start making ID as much you want
NOTE : It works bit slow so wait till the process is going on.
